Fried spices and dates rice


1 cup of Jasmine rice

4 spoons of dry fried onions and species mix

5 dates cuted in rings

1,5 cups of hot boiling water.

6 spoons of olive oil Salt to taste

1. Heat the olive oil

2. Add the rise and stir fry until the rice becomes translucent.

3. Add the special fried onions and spices mix ( best ones come from Israel)

4. Add water, salt to taste, stir and cover, lower the heat and simmer for 15 min. Stir, add the dates , turn off the fire and leave covered for another 10-15 minutes.
