Silan Soya chicken breasts served on rice with fried onions and dates
Very easy recipe that even your kids will appreciate ( if you wont make it too spicy)
You will need
5 chicken breasts fille ( as for shizel )
10 spoons of soya sauce,
20 spoons of silan,
3 garlic cloves
5 cm of ginger
3 cm of hot chili pepper ( or measure according to your taste)
Juice of half lemon ( may need more for better taste its all depends on the soya sauce).
5 spoons olive oil for marinade and more for frying
- Make a marinade of Silan, soya sauce, lemon juice and olive oil. Add the crushed garlic and finally cut ginger and chili pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the fridge minimum 2 Hours – very good to leave overnight and up to 24 h that’s way you have less things to do on a last minute)
- Fry in a well heated pan in olive oil generously using all the marinade that later will serve as a sauce.
- Serve over rice
