Silan Soya chicken breasts served on rice with fried onions and dates

Very easy recipe that even your kids will appreciate ( if you wont make it too spicy) 

You will need

5 chicken breasts fille ( as for shizel )

10 spoons of soya sauce,

20 spoons of silan,

3 garlic cloves

5 cm of ginger

3 cm of hot chili pepper ( or measure according to your taste)

Juice of half lemon ( may need more for better taste its all depends on the soya sauce).

5 spoons olive oil for marinade and more for frying

  1. Make a marinade of Silan, soya sauce, lemon juice and olive oil. Add the crushed garlic and finally cut ginger and chili pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the fridge  minimum 2 Hours – very good to leave overnight and up to 24 h that’s way you have less things to do on a last minute)
  3. Fry in a well heated pan in olive oil generously using all the marinade that later will serve as a sauce.
  4. Serve over rice
