Beetroots with thina salad

1 baked beetroot

1 small red onion 

1 clove of garlic 

Some parsley mint and coriander just to give some green and taste 

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of half a lemon

1 spoon of silan

1 teaspoon of camun

Salt to taste 

Cut beetroot in medium cubes, onion in finest half-moon 

Choppe the garlic and the herbs

Mix everything 

Let it sit in a while you can make it day a head

Serve with good homemade thina  

Mix raw thina paste with the juice of one lemon and some water to adjust the consistency. Add salt to taste.
