Garlicky stir fry green beans with sesame seeds

Simply and delicious crunchy and savory.

500 g of green beans, washed and  cleaned  

5 cloves of garlic crushed 

Salt and pepper to taste 

100 g of roasted sesame seeds

Olive oil for fast stir fry

1. Heat the oil

2. Toss in the green beans and stir fry until ready nicely roasted but still crunchy

3.  For the last minutes add the garlic, make sure not to burn it 

4. Add salt and pepper to taste

5. Take out the beans to the boal and generously coat them with roasted sesame seeds

Good hot as a side dish or cold as an appetize
