Cold potato salad with eggs cornichons dill and spring onions

4 Boiled and cooled  potatoes – cut in medium cubes

4 hard boiled eggs – crushed almost to pure 

4 cucumbers in vinegar – cut in medium cubes ( save 3 spoons of liquid to add to the sauce)

20 g of dill – chopped

5 strings – 50 g of spring onions – chopped 

1 spoon of Mustard 

3 spoons of Mayonnaise

1 small teaspoon of Honey 

Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl mix the mustard with mayonnaise, cucumbers marinate  and some honey to the sauce add the crushed egg and only then add the rest of ingredients and mix well.

And probably one of the best cold potatoes/eggs/scallions salad is ready
