Baked bell peppers

6 big red peppers 

4 garlic cloves 

1/4 cup oil 

Juice of one lemon 

3 tbsp. of vinegar 

Salt, all spice, bay leaves, 

1 teaspoon dry oregano Dill 

3 Green onions

3 tbspoons of olive oil 

Process:

Bake the peppers in a very hot oven till they are baked ( black skin). Close  the oven and leave the peppers for half an hour. Clean the skin from the peppers  and cut them longwise. Place the peppers  in a jar, add garlic and pour the liquid ingredients. On top pour the olive oil. When serving decorate with green onions .You can use them in salads, sandwiches.
